URL changed in account, but does not bring up my page

Hello,
Im changing my site name and URL, from cannabis lifestyle and culture to cannabis life and culture.. I was successful at changing the site name and email address.. the URL is becoming a bit difficult.
Under account settings in the web address section shows my current changes.. , however under primary sites it remains the old URL. I’ve gone to my settings clicked change blog address, I type in the changed name. And it says the name is being used. I assume it’s being used by me.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That sounds frustrating.
I see that you also have https://cannabislifestyleandculture.wordpress.com/ Is that the site you are referring to? If so, you can export the content from your old site and import it to your new site following this guide. Once you are set up on the new site, change the visibility settings on the old site to Private to keep it out of search engines.
To set your new site as Primary, head over to https://wordpress.com/me/account and change it under “Primary Site.”
Let us know if you still need help with that.

Also, if you just added the new site, make sure to refresh the https://wordpress.com/me/account page so that you see the drop down menu for multiple sites appears.

Ive tried your suggestions on changing my old blog name cannabislifestyleandculture to cannabislifeandculture by exporting from the old blog site to the new one so that i can change the visibility settings… but i keep getting errors when i try to export the zip file i get error: This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number
Try another file or contact support.when i try to drag and drop the file i get an error: Unexpected error during the upload

I forgot to come back and tell you that the import is pending. I’ll check on it again in the morning because sometimes it can take several hours (up to 24 to complete.)

The import has processed. Can you confirm that you are able to see the new posts on the new site address?
