URL changed, now page won't work right

I changed my url and now my page won’t load correctly. I am not computer savvy, so I’m sure I messed this up. I wanted my website name to be changed. It was http://www.practicalcounselingforum.com. Yesterday, under settings, I changed both of the URL settings to http://www.practicalcounselingsolutions.com. (which is what I would like it to be called, as this is now the name of my business). However, now it won’t load properly, the page comes up all weird or not at all.

This support forum is for free wordpress.com blogs. http://www.practicalcounselingforum.com/ is a self-hosted wordpress.ORG install. WordPress.com and wordpress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
