Hi there,
I can see that when I check your account activity that your WordPress.com Business Plan (which also powered the domain connection nebraskahempconsultants.com) was auto-renewed on Aug 3 2020. You can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
However, I do not see that the upgrade was renewed on Aug 3 2021, so it has expired and all Business Plan features (plugins, 3rd party themes, custom code, FTP access, etc.) have been removed. This has also removed the custom domain connection on your site, which is why it now appears at the staging address of nebraskahempconsultants.wpcomstaging.com
I have added the expired upgrades to your cart here, so if you proceed with your purchase it will restore the domain connection, as well as allow you to reactivate any deactivated plugins/themes.
Let us know if you need further assistance or if you have any questions.

Thanks for your response. This is actually the blog site I need help on http://hempconsultants.com/

I think I got it now. So, if we renew the plan our hempconsultants.com site will be activated again? Sorry, the person who built the site left, so we’re not sure how we go about this.
-
Hi! Yup, you’d just need to check out and pay for the upgrade in the cart. And it looks like you’ve done that.
Please give that about an hour for the SSL to be re-provisioned, then the site should work again. Cheers!

I take that back! I just looked at the domain again, and it’s not pointed at our services. It’s pointed to GoDaddy.
Is that intentional? If so, you would not need a plan here, but can you contact GoDaddy to sort out why the site on the service is not working? Then reach out to us again and we can help you refund the plan if needed. Just be sure to get in touch as soon as possible.
If you do indeed mean to have your domain point here, are you able to log into GoDaddy and set it back to ns1.wordpress.com and ns2.wordpress.com ?

It’s been hours since we checked out the plan and we still can’t access http://hempconsultants.com. We already reach out to Godaddy before we reached out to you. They said everything is fine on their end. The domain is set up for auto-renewal. They said we have to reach out to you directly because they are not the hosting provider of the domain. They said it’s managed directly by wordpress.

Hi there!
The domain is not pointing to WordPress.com as @supernovia said above. So it’s expected that it won’t load your WordPress.com site.
You must point the domain to our nameservers. This is done from GoDaddy’s end since the domain is registered with them. The WordPress.com nameservers are:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comYou can contact GoDaddy and ask them to update the nameservers for you or you can do it yourself from their control panel.
It may take up to 72 hours for the nameserver change to take effect after they have been updated.
Note that if you have email services with the domain, you will need to copy the DNS records for the email services to WordPress.com as well. You can also contact your email service provider to send you the required DNS records and we can help you add those to your domain here on WordPress.com.
More information on connecting your domain using our nameservers or IP addresses can be found here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
Your WordPress.com Business plan comes with 24/7 live chat support. If you have more questions about this, please go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact to start a live chat with us.
