URL doesn’t match site

  Is there a way I can change the URL string without paying for a domain name. This is what it is now:
  https://potteryforall.wordpress.com/

  This is what I would like it to be:

  Wheelworks

  or
  https://claythings2018.wordpress.com/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
