URL / Domain Change

  I have a current domain ‘twosportbloglete.wordpress.com.’ How / Can I ONLY change the part that says ‘twosportbloglete’ in the URL without paying? Also, if I was able to change the URL / domain name, would I still have access to the blogs I posted under the previous name? Thanks.
