URL example for TAG+YEAR

  I currently use this example in order to get all tagged content of X: http://NAMEOFBLOG.wordpress.com/tag/NAMEOFTAG/

  If I want to, say, get all content tagged X for X year— how would I build this URL? Is it possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
