We’ll work on your Google Calendar first.

https://calendar.google.com/
2. Click the Settings icon on the upper right to expand options. It looks like this: https://i.imgur.com/LuYDfmM.png
3. Select Settings.
4. On the upper right hand side (under Google logo) you will see this: https://i.imgur.com/0ZMJuII.png – Click on Calendars. Then this will show you a list of your Calendar/s.
5. Click on the Calendar you wanted to show in your widget.
6. On the upper right hand side (under Google logo) you will see this menu – https://i.imgur.com/6rWbhHx.png – click on Share this Calendar.
7. Then you will see this – https://i.imgur.com/vEgiq8O.png – make sure that there’s a check mark in Make this Calendar Public.
8. On this menu – https://i.imgur.com/6rWbhHx.png – click on Calendar Details to go back to the previous page.

Hi there, at what point do you get stuck?
In your previous forum thread, https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/url-for-upcoming-events-widget?replies=16#post-3030709 I see that you were asked to let us know your computing environment:
Please share the following information about the environment you are using to publish content.
If not, can you tell me which device, browser, and version numbers for operating system and browser are in use?
-
Yes I use my laptop computer. But when i go to Google calendar I followed the steps given above but for some reason im not getting the same steps
-
So you aren’t getting stuck at a certain point but seeing a different layout at Google? Is it possible you updated to the new version of the calendar?
Go here and note what your operating system and browser are and paste them in this thread. https://supportdetails.com

Yes Im seeing a different layout. If I update to the new version of the calendar what would it look like
-
Also is there a way to delete my old wordpress site url (ibwordpresscom.wordpress.com). If I delete it it won’t affect my current site url right
-
Hi there, let’s keep to the topic at hand, which is the Upcoming Events widget. If you need help with something different, best to start a new thread for that. OK?
Here’s a screenshot of the new Google Calendar settings layout, but if you are using it, you can temporarily go back to the old layout by clicking on the Settings gear at the top right when displaying the Calendar and selecting “Back to Classic Calendar.” (screenshot)
You still haven’t said what operating system your laptop is using (Windows? iOS?) and what browser you are using (Chrome? Firefox? Safari? Edge? IE11?). If you don’t know those, then click through to https://supportdetails.com/ and it will tell you. Let us know.

I didn’t know this was such a hard process in order to display upcoming events from an i calendar feed using the upcoming events widget
Or is there another calendar I can use or an easier way of doing this cuz I seem to be having a hard time
