Url generated in Permalink is different to the page I designed

    I had created 4 pages – Home, Services, Contact US, Appointment Form. I had linked them to main menu using Permalink. I noticed that the Url getting auto-generated in Permalink is different to the pages I designed.SO when I access the pages from main menu it is re-directing to these pages but not to the pages I designed.
