  ‘I am trying to upload my URL link in Amazon but get a error

  That could be because the site visibility is private.

  To change blog visibility to Public go to > Settings > Reading scroll to Blog Visibility and choose option 1. See the guide here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings
