URL I want is taken by "Sample WordPress.com" page

I want the URL “seatosky.wordpress.com” and when I search that link it takes me to a site that says “This is a sample wordpress.com page.” It seems like wordpress benefits more from having that domain used by me where I can actually post things rather than waste a good URL on a blank template.

Is there anyway to get this URL for my own blog??

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We do not reuse or reassign blog names on WordPress.com.

Because the address seatosky.wordpress.com is owned by a different WordPress.com user, you can try contacting the site owner to see if they would like to transfer it to you. You can do this by either leaving them a message using a contact form if it exists, or leaving a comment on an existing page or post requesting they contact you.

If you are able to reach the blog owner and they are willing to transfer the blog to you, here are the instructions they can use to do that:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

If they do not respond or refuse the transfer, you will need to select a different name for your WordPress.com blog.

Keep in mind we also offer an upgrade for custom domain names and you can use any WordPress.com blog URL underneath a custom domain. For more details about how domain mapping works, see this guide:

Thank you for your response. But the blog ISN’T being used by another user, it just says it is a sample WordPress site. It sounds like it is being used by wordpress just as a placeholder, and I am offering to fill that placeholder.

Even if there is no actual content on the site, that address is currently owned by another user. We will not recycle that address unless the user explicitly releases the address to you.
