URL is not leading to my site

  Hi,

  I just recently renewed my domain with WordPress, but when you go to my URL (www.rebeccabutlermusic.com) it leads to some Japanese site. I’m not sure what’s going on here.

  Hi Rebecca,

  The domain rebeccabutlermusic.com expired on 10/16/14. For some time, you could renew it from your WordPress.com account. However, after around 80 days, it was returned to the registrar. The registrar then sold the domain to another owner. I’m afraid the domain rebeccabutlermusic.com is no longer available for use.

  The renewal you paid for was for the domain mapping upgrade. This upgrade only works if you had purchased the domain elsewhere. Since the domain is now owned by another party, I have refunded your purchase.
