URL is right, but link doesn't work

  A tab at the top of this blog is supposed to link to http://www.bad-influence.org, but doesn’t. I’ve checked the URL on the Links page and it is correct. How do I fix this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  At the top of which blog? I went to the blog linked to your user name, and it’s about Beijing, with a final post in December 2010 and no tab that should link to that url. I’d need to take a look at the page in order to help. :-)

  If you want this page tab http://subversivespeech.wordpress.com/bad-influence/ to link to the site you mention then you need to create a custom menu and include it as a custom link, not as a page.

  A custom menu allows you to display Categories in tabs along the horizontal navigation where normally only Pages tabs are displayed. If you wish you can also include Pages and custom links in your custom menu as well. http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-custom-links
