URL issue

  Hi, I am using wordpress.com and whenever I post new item it shows up as: http://fixpcyourself.com/2012/04/09/how-to-remove-windows-stability-maximizer/ I don’t like this way and wanted to modify as: http://fixpcyourself.com/how-to-remove-windows-stability-maximizer/

  I was reading over blogs and internet but they were talking about .htacess file which I don’t think I will have access. So I don’t see anywhere in my current adming panel to modify url like that. So how I can modify url? Please let me know.

  Permalinks cannot be changed on WordPress.com. That feature is only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.

  Thanks. I guess I will have to host my site. I would love to host on wordpress.com but I don’t have choice.
