  Hello, I would like to change this domain(wwwuvalawapalsa.wordpress.com) to uvalawapalsa.wordpress.com. I had another website under this domain but when I changed that domain so I could use it for my other site, I was not able to use that domain again.

  Deleted sites cannot be used again, but fortunately, this site has not been purged yet, so I have recovered https://uvalawapalsa.wordpress.com/

  You cannot change a site’s address to a deleted or existing site, but you can export https://wordpress.com/support/export/ and import your content to the desired site: https://wordpress.com/support/import/#import-content-from-another-word-press-site
