URL link structure

Our organic search result is linked to /shop/blah-blah-blah…. and it is coming up 404. The correct path is product/blah-blah-blah….
My question is: is there an easy Global fix I can implement and then ask Google to crawl (re-index) the site again? I am sure I am losing customers because they click the very first link and it throws up a 404.
