URL link to name on commemts

Hello,
I noticed that my url is not linked to my name when i leave a comment on other wordpress sites. the gravatar hovercard works but how do i get my website linked to my name? Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Go to your dashboard. In the menu on the left, you’ll see ‘Users’. Click on that to see the submenu. From the submenu choose ‘Personal Settings’. On the Personal Settings page scroll right down til you see Account Details. Type the URL of your blog in the ‘Website’ field. This will then make the primary blog you use, link to your username.
You can also, if you want, change your display name (for instance, your first name instead of your username) by going to Users – My Profile, and type the display name you want seen on your blog and comments in the ‘Display name publicly as’ field. (This appears in your public profile as well as your blog, so I’d avoid putting any addresses or phone numbers there unless it’s a business).

PS. This is for WordPress.com sites. If you’re blogging on WordPress.org (ie, for a self-hosted blog) then you’re asking on the wrong forum and need to go to the .org ones.

Do note that changing the blog your username is linked to is not retroactive. It will only affect the comments you make after you have changed it.
