URL Name

  I have a regular blog (thomasguettler.com) that I upgraded to a premium status in December. I had an idea for a secondary blog and created it and reserved a domain name via GoDaddy (hiringleader.com). I tried to tie in the name to the new blog to have the same naming scheme and it ended up being ‘hiringleaderdotcom.com’ instead of the desired ‘hiringleader.com’. How do I get the name corrected? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

  The naming scheme of the WordPress.com blog isn’t critical since you will be the only person to see it once hiringleader.com is mapped to it. If hiringleader.wordpress.com is yours, then follow this guide for domain mapping: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

  Otherwise, set up another WordPress.com site to put your content and then do the domain mapping.
