URL not complete in Primary Blog (how do I edit?)

  Hello,
  Just wondering if http:// doesn’t show before poetrycottage.wordpress.com in my primary blog in Personal Settings would this affect its visibility in Reader and Google. I can’t seem to edit it to put it in. Thank you.
