url not loading

Hi, I was having a website with “weebly drag and drop” and then, I wanted my website to look better so I found a WordPress Theme and I bought it. I was having an option to “make the site just like the demo” but I finally don’t have it. Right now, my biggest problem is that I don’t have access to my WordPress and I don’t have neither my website like the demo. When I’m trying to go on my WordPress it leads me to a message that say: url not loading. Also, I was expecting my old website to be online while I’m building the new one, but it already changed and I can’t even modify anything. So, at this present moment, I can’t do anything and I don’t have any website. Could someone help me with that? To give me access to my account and to put my website like the demo that I bought ? Because I’m not good enough to start from nothing.
