URL problem

  My URL worpress has an ID at the end ( ABCD.com/?v=e14da64a5617) and i don’t want to see them in my URL wordpress. I don’t know how to fix this. It appeared after i install a new theme.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
