URL Problem

  We are having troubles changing the URL site and would only like to have
  https://getfloow.com not https://getfloow.mystagingwebsite.com
  I buy a domain from Godaddy.com

  Anyone help us?

  However, it doesn’t look like your site is hosted here on WordPressdotcom, but with Pressable.

  Were you interested in moving your site from Pressable to WordPressdotcom?

  Yes I am interested in moving from Pressable to WordPressdotcom, because when I will finish my site my URL address need to be like this : http://www.getfloow.com

  Hi there,

  WordPress.com and Pressable use completely different versions of WordPress.

  Do you want a WordPress.com site, or a self-hosted WordPress website? If you have any plugins or custom themes installed on the Pressable site, you’ll only be able to use them here if you have the Business Plan, but you also won’t be able to transfer that site to WordPress.com all at once. You can only transfer the content you’ve already created there to us, and then you must do all the rest over again here.

  If you just want your Pressable site to appear at your GoDaddy domain, you need to add the domain in your Pressable dashboard at my.pressable.com. If you need help with that, please contact Pressable support directly.

  I start build my site in wordpress.com for free and after I finish the setup of my site I will choose a business plan.
  I buy my domain from godaddy.com and after I start the build my site in wordpress.
  My problem look like this:
  Now my URL look like this : https://getfloow.mystagingwebsite.com
  and I want to look like this : https://getfloow.com
  I never use Pressable, I never hear about this site before you tell me about it.
  I want if you are able to help me a step by step guide in order to resolve this issues.
  I try to connect this URL https://getfloow.mystagingwebsite.com to my http://www.godaddy.com but didn’t work.

  And I forget. How can i figure out if the https://getfloow.mystagingwebsite.com is create from Pressable or from WordPress?

  https://getfloow.mystagingwebsite.com/ is using the self-hosted WordPress.org software, and is hosted with Pressable. We cannot give you any help with that site. That site has nothing to do with WordPress.com.

  You need to log in at Pressable.com, go to my.pressable.com, and add your GoDaddy domain there. For more help with this you need to contact Pressable support.

  I never use Pressable, I never hear about this site before you tell me about it.

  The ONLY way you can have a site at a “mystagingwebsite.com” URL is via Pressable, as that domain belongs to them.
