URL Problem

  I changed the URL of my local website from https://172.18.43.3/wordpress/wp-admin/ to http://172.18.43.3/wordpress/wp-admin/ .
  Now both dont work and I cant enter my site!
  But somehow http://172.18.43.3/wordpress/ still works, not everything and a few images dont load but it still works.
  Can I change this back somewhere?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must solve this problem yourself by taking a look in the documentation at wordpress.org or ask for assistance in the appropriate forum.
