URL redirect

    Hi. We pushed a site to go live with a URL redirect last night and it is still pending. Is this normal? Anything I can do to check on the process?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hey there,

    It sounds like you may have set up a redirect with your domain provider instead of a domain connection. The benefit of a domain connection is that the site can resolve at the address instead of the domain simply sending a user to the site, which will resolve at the skinscienceabqdotcom.wpcomstaging.com subdomain. I see you started a domain connection, I recommend completing the domain connections and using the custom domain as your primary address.
