Url redirecting to another webpage

  Hi everyone, I was wondering if I could get some assistance. My url is redirecting to another page. I think I may have been hacked? When I login to wordpress I can see my url is set-up correctly. But when I type in the web address into a browser I get some random webpage. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
