URL release

please help!!! I’ve been emailing for the past few days. I MESSED UP BIG TIME and transferred my URL to wordpress not realizing that I’ve have to transfer my email and there are no actual phone numbers to use to speak to anyone. I cancelled immediately but now my business opens in 4 days and I can’t access my website or email!!!!!! I need it to be released immediately!! please help!!!

Sorry to hear you’re been frustrating with the process of moving your site between your current host and WordPress.com. Transferring a domain is a little like moving across town from one home to another so I can understand that there’s a lot of steps and it can feel confusing at times. Let’s see if I can help you get things sorted.
Currently the domain yourrootstothrive.com is registered at FastDomain (which is where Bluehost registered domains through). The domain remains registered at Bluehost but the name servers are pointing to WordPress.com. To use the domain for your site you have a couple of options:
1) Keep things pointing to your WordPress.com site and set up email through the provider of your choice. In some cases, you may need to purchase email from the provider2) Point the name servers back to Bluehost (you’ll do this from Bluehost’s website) then continue to use them as your email provider.
After reviewing this thread and your previous chats it sounds like option two may be what you’d like to do. If so then contact Bluehost and have them update your name servers.
All upgrades with WordPress.com have been canceled so if you would like to proceed with option 1 let me know and we can get that process started.
