URL repeal if you are the original owner.
-
Hey!
So I recently decided to upstart my blog again on wordpress, and thought that I would want a new name along with it. So I first registered my original name and then I registered a new URL. Of course, now I want my old one back but I can’t get it back because it said the author deleted the address! This may have been by my old account with a friend when I first transferred to wordpress. Overall though, I am the previous owner of this URL so why can’t I repeal the URL? I don’t see any privacy issues if I am the original, previous owner of it.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sorry, but deleted blogs cannot be restored or reused. Deleting a blog is permanent and the name cannot be used again.
You can start a new blog by logging in to WordPress.com and then going to http://en.wordpress.com/signup/
With any blog, you can also use your custom domain with Domain Mapping upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
