url shows template not home PAGE

    Hi, I have a wordpress site. I have done all the pages I want. But when I go to the url (https://regenerativeecologies.com/) it is showing the template I think, not my home page. My home PAGE is set to the same url. I have tried to alter the template as a work around but nothing will link from there. This is driving me crazy. I can’t remove the template from showing up as the home page. Please help!!! PS I did not set this up, a student did so I don’t know why this silly template is pointing to my url and I can find a fix by googling
