URL to “whatever the most recent post is”?

Searched around a bit, but only finding info about the recent posts… nothing on below.
In my Blogroll (Links) section, I want to include a link that just links to whatever the most recent blog post is. I have created a link called: “2. Get more INFO”… and know how to link it to a SPECIFIC post — but that’s not what I want.
Is there a way to code/specify something that says, “Hey, whatever the most recent post is, link to that”?
Thanks,
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m not sure exactly what you are asking, but you have set up a static front page (‘Welcome’) while you have not specified a page for your posts. The other page you have (‘Home’) is the same as your front page, and both are static pages.
The only way to find any of your posts now is through your archive widget (labeled ‘Hot Topics’) or your calendar widget.
Here is information about how to select a page for your posts. Once you do that you could set the number of posts you want to appear, even only one if you like, though that would be unusual.
-
Another note: your links widget (with your blogroll) is called: ‘Click Here To…’ with 4 links to other sites on the internet. You don’t usually put a link to your own blog in a links widget—though I suppose you might be able to hand-code a link to your latest post there.
http://support.wordpress.com/blogroll/There is another widget called “recent posts” that is different from your “links” widget. That is the one that will automatically show all recent posts you have made. If you set your blog to show only 1 post per page, then that one will show only your most recent post. (at least that’s how my theme handles it, and likely yours as well)

@angiemel: Tess correctly pointed out that “Home” and “Welcome” are the same thing. What you must do is turn “Welcome” into a child page: only parent pages display in the header.
As for your original question, you can add the Recent Posts widget, then click its “Edit” button and set the “number of posts to show” to 1.

panos,
I think I know the answer to this, but she can’t change the name of “Home” or make “Home” into the child page even if “Welcome” were to be selected as a static front page? -
No she cannot edit “Home” in any way, because it’s not a page to be found under Pages>Edit, it’s just a hard-coded link to the blog front (whatever you’ve set that to be).
-
Yes, I did know. Wish one could change the name: “Welcome” sounds so nice.
(well, “Home” is welcoming as well, I suppose—better than “blog” anyway.)
-
If one wants another name for Home, one must select a theme with no such built-in tab, then create one’s own tab using the link-as-title trick.
-
Ok… I am playing around with … um. (lol)… all of the above. I think I probably just need to play around more with themes and parent/child pages a bit to have a better structure.
Thanks!
