URL tracker attached to posts that are copied and pasted

Hi,
is there a plugin or setting for wordpress.com users that can be used to enhance/encourage attribution if somebody copies content from my blog and pastes it elsewhere?
does this relate to “permalinks”?can permalinks be set for wordpress.com blogs?

Permalink structure cannot be changed on WordPress.com blogs.
There is no FTP access and we cannot upload plugins of any kind.

There is no disable right click function on any themes except Duotone and it’s not effective in any event as it creates a false sense of security. In fact one can find instructions on the internet to disable it easily.
