URL Troubles

  Ok, I started a wordpress account and chose a URL for my blog. I chose a blog style and started creating my blog. However, I found a better style on the web that I wanted to use. It wouldn’t let me use my original URL so I went into the dashboard and had it deleted. I went back to the style and although the URL is deleted I keep getting error messages saying that the URL is already in use. When I type the deleted URL it shows up as deleted. How to I remove the first URL site permanently so I can reuse the same URL on a different style?

  If you are asking about this one – it is gone forever – deleted URL’s are never recycled even to the original owner

  zachconeybeer.wordpress.com is no longer available.

  The authors have deleted this site.

  I found a better style on the web that I wanted to use.

  Was this “better style” for a new WordPress.com blog? You can change themes without changing the URL, or creating a new blog.
