URL unavailable

  This site is hosted on a Squarespace domain and has been working for the past 2 weeks. This morning, Jetpack returned an error that the URL is unavailable and the website is unresponsive. Jetpack is still unable to communicate with the site. I have checked with Squarespace and nothing has changed on the domain end. My site is completely unreachable, I can’t even open wp-admin. How do i get my site back online?

  Correct account: Yes

  Website fixed itself. Still goes down intermittedly, and I do not know the cause.

  Hi @ufgatorhvz, gatorhvz.com site is not hosted by WordPress.com. I recommend contacting your hosting provider to find the reasons for and find a solution to the issues your site is facing. We don’t have access to your site’s servers, so we can’t help you with this.

  Just to clarify any confusion, WordPress.com is the pre-installed, cloud-based version of WordPress. At WordPress.com, we take care of the technical stuff for you—software installation, site maintenance, security, etc.
