URL unavailable, but it was mine in the past.
-
In the past, I had a wordpress URL (rfcorriveau.wordpress.com) and I delete the site, but now I can take it back because I have the following message: “Sorry, that site already exists!”
But when I go to the URL, I have this message: “rfcorriveau.wordpress.com is no longer available.”
Is there a way to have the URL back?
Thank you,

http://rfcorriveau.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this site.As you deleted the URL then that is not possible and it’s clearly stated in the relevant support docs. Once any WordPress.COM blog URL has been deleted it is gone forever. That is why there are multiple warnings prior to even being able to delete it.
Sorry but you cannot register any deleted blog URL under any account period. To prevent accidental or inadvertent deletion of blogs, there are multiple warnings given that blog deletion is permanent and irreversible. Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email and it must be clicked to delete a blog. If clicking that link does not work then copy and paste it into your upper browser window and click. Once the verification link for deletion is clicked the blog URL is forever gone, gone, gone.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.

oh, thank you! It’s been a lot of years now since I delete this blog… I was sure of my choice at this time… :(
