URLs
-
Hi,
Anyone know if it’s possible to get detailed URLs with the description of my article, so far I’m only getting http://www.lesjsk.fr as URL for all pages!
My blog is: http://www.lesjsk.fr
For example for a post titled “Our New Logo” I would expect to see http://www.lesjsk.fr/our-new-logo but in fact I just get http://www.lesjsk.fr
Anyone have any advice?
ThanksThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is because you have it embedded in your web site using a frame. What is in the frame changes when you click a link, but you are still on http://www.lejsk.fr/ .

Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply.
Does this basically mean I’m stuck? Are there any options? -
You can map that domain name, lesjsk.fr , directly to your blog here with the domain mapping upgrade, or you could map it to a subdomain ( blog.lesjsk.fr ) if you wanted to use the top level domain name for another purpose.

I have a much simpler solution, which I believe thesacredpath didn’t mention (or is it that there’s something I didn’t understand?)
If you use the URL http://www.lesjsk.com, everything seems OK, clicking links there does change the adress in the address bar.
Does this answer your question?
Who ever tried to arrange that surfing to http://www.lesjsk.fr will lead to http://www.lesjsk.com, didn’t do the right job.
They should have done it using refferals (like thesacredpath mentioned), and not by using frames.
