URL/Site change

  Hi WordPress,

  How do I change the URL/site? I checked the ‘change the site url’ page, and I am confused…

  On the Settings->General screen in a single site installation of WordPress, there are two fields named “WordPress address (URL)” and “Site address (URL)”.

  I did not see those fields on the settings-general.

  Basically, I want to change the name of my wordpress without having to ‘move’ the site to another blog.
