US site developed in Canada

    I am building a simple wordpress site for my friend in the USA. I live in Canada. When I try to activate his site it is in Canadian dollars as I’m assuming you can detect that I’m in Canada. How do I activate his site with US dollar pricing?

    Hi there,

    I see that the currency for the account has been set to USD.

    However, I checked the account, and your ability to purchase upgrades has indeed been disabled and you should’ve received a notification in your dashboard in regards to this. We cannot assist you in the forums but click on the notification in your dashboard to reach our payments staff and they will address this issue with you.
