.us subdomain?

  Hello,
  We are trying to get about.benefix.us to map to our site. We’ve added the CNAME and perhaps its just propagating, but we we go to about.benefix.us it says ‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.’

  When I try to add about.benefix.us to ‘Map a Domain’ it says ‘Sorry, about.benefix.us has not been registered yet therefore cannot be mapped.’

  Can you set up the zone record / mapping for me?

  This is on CloudFlare mapped via HTTP Proxy / DNS. We’ve tried changing to DNS only to see if that is an issue.

  No dice with Cloudflare, I believe we need the custom mapping for the subdomain via WordPress’ DNS servers?

  – Login as the upgrade owner for direct support
