Usages of the deleted domain

  I deleted the site named ‘A.wordpress.com’ And then I make the site named ‘B.wordpress.com’. I want to change the address of ‘B.wordpress.com’ to ‘A.wordpress.com’. Of course, the address of ‘A.wodpress.com’ is not used. How should I do?

  I assume you refer to elleysc.wordpress.com? Once a site is deleted, it normally cannot be recovered.

  While I’ve tagged this for Staff attention, there is no guarantee the site will be recovered.

  Once changed, original names cannot be re-used. We warn about this fact multiple times in the name change process.

  It’s hard to tell from this side whether it’s simply a case of an URL having been deleted or whether a change of URL was involved.

  staff-ozmodiar – I accidentally deleted my domain 2 days ago and was wondering if I can reverse the deletion and get back the domain name. Is it possible to do this? Thanks
