Use a deleted site address without waiting 2 years?

  I want to re-use a site I deleted. I don’t care about content, just the address. Is there any way to use it without waiting a ridiculous 2 years?

  The authors have deleted this site.

  Staff will be able to see the history of your site.

  It’s not possible to use this site address again. The best option is to register a new address by clicking on My Sites > Domains > Add.
