Use a site I own on WordPress

    WordPress forcing me to purchase the most expensive plan. When I try to change the plan or remove the plan from my checkout, it sends me back to the WordPress home page. If I try to go to the cart again, it duplicates the plans, so I would be purchasing the same plan twice. This will duplicate and duplicate every time I try.
    I have canceled, cleared my cache, restarted my machine, and I still get the same results. I just want to purchase the most basic plan and host my site so I can try WordPress. Any help appreciated.

    The most basic plan is the free one. You can use that and try out WordPress.com for as long as you like. Upgrade the free site to a paid one later if you wish to add a custom domain or content from a site you already own elsewhere.
