Use an inactive domain name

    Hello, I’m french and I have a special request. I want to know if it’s possible to use the domain name of someone who is inactive and make an echange with him ? His blog is born in 2008 and still empty.
    Hope you can help me too do it or contact him.

    The only thing you can try is to contact the owner of the blog.

    Another option is a paid domain mapping upgrade:
