Use blog url not used

    Hi.
    I want to use one blog url which is on use since 2011, but just one post since then.
    Can I make that blog url user close the blog?
    The blog url is “uniformesblog”.
    Thank you.

    You might try contacting the owner of the site via a comment box or contact form to ask if they will transfer the site ownership to you. Other than that, there is no way to do so. There is no expiry date on using a WordPress.com site.
