  No it’s not possible to purchase a theme here for any site not being hosted here at WordPress.COM. Contact the theme designer directly to purchase a version that will run on WordPress.ORG software.

  Is there any contact to the owner? I found that it was designed by http://prothemedesign.com by I cannot see it in their portfolio.
