use credit to pay for subscription

    I have 2 websites : pensmith.ac.th and pensmithailand.ac.th I have some credit in pensmith.ac.th This month I had a bill from the subscription pensmithailand.ac.th that automatically paid. I’ll like to use the credit I have to pay instead. Could you refund the credit card charge and deduct the credit instead? I also want to cancel the credit card auto payment. This is because I no longer use both sites right now.
