Use different menu in different page

    I want to construct my page in two different languages.

    When you visit my page now, you would see menu in English. But when I switch to another language, I like the menu to be changed into Chinese for example.

    There are posts suggesting me to use plugins but I do not know how to use html based editor. How can I do that on the webpage based editor?
