Use email with domain connected to another host

    Hello, I have professional emails through wordpress as I love the titan email client. However, since I do not have my domain through wordpress, I have no ability to edit my email settings and when I try to renew my email it removes it from my cart automatically. I also removed one of the mailboxes from my account but it still says it is charging me for 2. What can I do here to be able to edit and renew my email with wordpress? I used it all of last year with no issues.

    Hi @fyresparkdesign,

    I have professional emails through wordpress as I love the titan email client. However, since I do not have my domain through wordpress, I have no ability to edit my email settings and when I try to renew my email it removes it from my cart automatically.

    Since the domain alohacleaningfargo.com is no longer registered with WordPress.com, you won’t be able to manage the Professional Emails under your WordPress.com account. This is a prerequisite to have a Professional Email with WordPress.com.

    However, you can still have the email directly managed by Titan. They charge $3.50 USD per mailbox per month (the same as us) and currently only support USD. If you have any questions regarding the pricing, let us know and we’ll contact Titan’s support on your behalf.

    Once you’re sure you want to transfer the Email subscription to Titan, let us know and we’ll make the transfer for you.

    I also removed one of the mailboxes from my account but it still says it is charging me for 2. What can I do here to be able to edit and renew my email with wordpress?

    Since you only have 1 email license and another one is not being used, you can delete the extra license following this guide: https://support.titan.email/hc/en-us/articles/360038727153-Manage-Email-Accounts-via-Email-Control-Panel#h_173ee347-b0ce-4a20-9cab-e892fe2c1620

    Once the license is removed, let us know so that we can then transfer only one license to Titan and you won’t be billed for two licenses.

    thanks for your reply. I would love to have my mailbox transferred to titan. If I do this, will it delete all of the folders and data currently stored in the mailbox?
