Use embed text in posts

  Hi I made a vid game on another website called gamestar mechanic and I want it to be playable from the post. I put the embed text up (that’s what they gave me) but I want it playable from the blog post.
  How can I do that?

  You failed to tell us what kind of file your are attempting to embed.

  There are code restrictions on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
