use GIF or other video in my wordpress template header will not work?

  Please help, I have a great video logo in both Mp4 and GIF I am using in my website header, wordpress template, and it is not animating??? Please help I do not know how to code. website is http://www.worldministryoutreach.com
  thank you so much for any help or video tutorial, also I cannot remove side bar from templates??
