Hello there, Due to security issues, third-party themes cannot be uploaded to WordPress.com-hosted sites. However, we do offer over 250 premium and free themes to our users. You can view those here:
If you absolutely want to use an outside theme, you can create a self-hosted website via WordPress.org. Self-hosted sites take more elbow-grease to build and maintain, but will also give you more design freedom.
Here’s a description of the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org
If you choose to make the transition, this guide will step you through the process of moving your site to a WordPress.org instance:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-org
As we only support sites hosted here at WordPress.com, all issues with the new site – including the importing of the file – must be taken to the WordPress.org support community:
If you’d like assistance moving your WordPress.com site to WordPress.org, we have a service called Guided Transfer that does all the work for you. Check it out to see if its right for you:

It is not possible to install plugins on WordPress.com, for security reasons. Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress blogs. If you are wondering how WordPress.com differs from WordPress.org, this support article explains the distinction:
WordPress.com has a lot of built-in features that were inspired by popular plugins. Chances are, the feature you are looking for is already there! You can search our support site via this link:
For any features on WordPress.com, the support page will explain how to set it up.
If you don’t find what you are looking for, just let me know what you’d like to achieve with a plugin, and I’ll help you find a solution.
Regarding your SEO inquiry: WordPress.com handles SEO optimization for you. Beyond the normal optimizations like your sitemap, which you can view here:
http://tecnologiageeks .wordpress.com/sitemap.xmlWe also have a Global Tagging (Topics) system that search engines love and we ping out to all the major engines every time you update your blog.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/topics/No worries, we’ve got you covered. :)
I hope this helps! Best wishes to you.

Google AdSense is a plugin, and therefore, cannot be added to your WordPress.com site. WordPress.com offers a view of your site stats by clicking on Site Stats in your Dashboard.
The link to your sitemap is: yourblogname.wordpress.com/sitemap.xml
If you wish to add the link to your sitemap to your site, you can follow these instructions:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/If you’d like more information about WordPress.com sitemaps, please read the following:

Correct, you cannot add Google Adsense to WordPress.com sites.
iam having erro with the site map:
http://tecnologiageek.com/sitemap.xmlThat is actually what a site map looks like. There isn’t an error. That is what search engines read in order to index your site. You do not need to add it to your footer, however. WordPress.com maintains this for you whenever your add content to your site. This service increases your SEO.
Perhaps you’re wanting to add a site menu that is readable by your visitors. If so, you can follow the directions in the first step here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/sitemaps/Or, if you’d like to create a custom menu, please read this link:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/Finally, you may simply want to create manual text links to your various pages and posts. If that is the case, please create links here:
