Use new domain name

  Wondering what I need to do to use my new domain name. I pointed the domain at the WordPress server, but it still isn’t working. Do I need to pay for the 10 credits to make it happen? If so, and if I don’t have a PayPal account, can I call somewhere to pay for this on my credit card? what number do I call? I’m new to all this, so thanks for your patience.

  Yes, domain hosting is the 10 credits a years. There is no current method of paying without a paypal account although I believe that Paypal doesn’t require you to sign up to send a payment. (At least that’s what their adverts say)

  Yep, you can just pay on PayPal with your credit card. No need to open an actual PayPal account.

  I paid for domain hosting and setup my registry to point to the wordpress nameservers. Then I realized that I would no longer be able to receive mail via my domain. Yes, I read the above referenced post, but I had not understood it fully until it was too late.

  So, here is my question. Would I be able to setup my registry cname records so that domainname.com, www, and blog.domainname.com all point to my wordpress blog without pointing to the name servers?
