Use of a premium theme across WP account

  I’m going to be migrating my Moveable Type blog to WordPress in the next few weeks and have decided to use the Premium Theme Delicious Magazine. I’ve set up a private test site under my account and would like to buy the theme for testing at that address BUT the eventual address for my public site will be at my own domain http://www.emmacarlson.com (which will be running WP at that point).

  Since it’s all under my account, will I be able to migrate my purchase of Delicious Magazine to the new public site when I launch or will I have to buy the theme again for that URL/site?

  I’m sorry, but Premium Themes are customized for WordPress.com usage only, and cannot be transferred to self-hosted WordPress.org sites.

  I wasn’t going to do with self-hosted: just pay for my own URL on WordPress.com. I can do that, correct?
